What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute provider contracting services and monitor key metrics for assigned markets
- Lead performance and engagement strategic initiatives to enhance network performance
- Negotiate and re-negotiate contracts with hospitals, physicians, and ancillary services
- Analyze financial data to establish strategic initiatives and reimbursement rates
- Mentor and train new hires while providing on-site support to healthcare providers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience, including three (3) years in provider relations or contracting
- Managed care experience is required
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience with NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model
- Six Sigma Certification or Project Management certification
