What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage provider applications for enrollment in commercial insurance and Medicaid Managed Care plans across multiple locations
- Collaborate with insurance enrollment departments to understand specific requirements and establish relationships with health plans
- Maintain accurate records of enrollment activities and documentation in OnBase
- Coordinate with hospital staff to gather necessary signatures and data for enrollments
- Serve as the point of contact for enrollment inquiries related to commercial insurance and Medicaid Managed Care plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of credentialing or provider enrollment experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Pro and MS Office
- High School Diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Medicare, State Medicaid, and third-party practitioner enrollment
- Familiarity with CAQH, MD-Staff credentialing database, or other credentialing/enrollment databases
- Associate's degree
