      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Enter, support, and maintain provider data from multiple sources for all lines of business
      - Process inquiries from internal and external customers, providing timely solutions
      - Conduct thorough investigations of data discrepancies, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Ensure accuracy of provider data in multiple systems and respond to inquiries promptly
      - Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external customers while maintaining professionalism

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - At least two years of experience in data entry, changes, and maintenance required
      - Associate degree or related experience preferred
      - Two or more years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
      - Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet audit and regulatory requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with healthcare provider data
      - Proficiency in multiple software systems, including QNXT, Echo, QuickBase, and Microsoft Office
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to work independently with minimal assistance
      - Experience in process improvement initiatives
