We are currently seeking a Provider Onboarding Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience for our physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs).

      Job Summary

      About the Role:

      As a Provider Onboarding Coordinator, you’ll serve as the key liaison between newly hired providers and our internal teams. You’ll own the onboarding process from start to finish—ensuring that each new physician or APP is guided, supported, and empowered to start making an impact from day one.


      What You’ll Do:
      •Serve as the main point of contact for new physicians and APPs throughout their onboarding journey.

      •Coordinate and oversee all onboarding activities, from credentialing and licensing to orientation and systems access.

      •Partner closely with internal departments such as Human Resources, Medical Staff Services, Central Credentialing Office, and Payor Enrollment to ensure timely and complete onboarding.

      •Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and onboarding databases.

      •Liaise with external stakeholders such as hospitals, malpractice insurers, and state boards to support the onboarding process.

      •Solicit and act on feedback from newly onboarded providers to improve and evolve our processes.

      •Provide excellent service and support, ensuring new providers feel confident, connected, and ready to deliver outstanding patient care.


      Qualifications

      • What We’re Looking For:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (required).
      • 2–3 years of experience in provider onboarding or a similar healthcare administrative role.
      • Strong knowledge of provider credentialing, licensure, and regulatory requirements.
      • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
      • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
      • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Ability to work independently and maintain discretion with sensitive information.
      • Passion for process improvement and elevating the onboarding experience.
