What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Qualify and contract medical providers for medical disability examinations across the nation
- Engage in extensive proactive communication via phone and email
- Educate prospective provider candidates on the benefits of the employer and the value of the work
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and contracted providers
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education
- 2 to 4 years of proven success in recruitment, sales, or clinic consulting, preferably in healthcare or managed care
- Experience with phone and/or in-person sales of services, devices, equipment, or pharmaceuticals to provider offices and clinics
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities
