What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned physician offices
- Process physician requests in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information on pharmacy benefits to clients, participants, pharmacists, and doctors
- Manage day-to-day activities for assigned region
- Develop customized reports for prescribers in the region
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience with Accredo Specialty Pharmacy products and services
- 3+ years of experience with Pharmacy processes
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
