What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage assigned recruitment projects and resources to ensure an adequate network of providers
- Collaborate with the Provider Relations team to develop strategies for network growth
- Maintain professional relationships and act as the point of contact for hospitals, ancillary groups, facilities, and physicians
- Research, identify, and negotiate contracts to support access to services within established timelines
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders to resolve issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field and three (3) years of progressive post-degree experience in Mental Health, Substance Use, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, or Physical Health; or Master’s degree with one (1) year of post-graduate experience
- Demonstrated skills in recruiting healthcare providers and managing contracts
- Knowledge of all disability areas including Mental Health, Substance Use, and Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience negotiating and managing contracts with hospitals and healthcare systems
- Established relationships with large and complex healthcare systems
- Technical assistance experience related to contract terms, billing, and reimbursement
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in public speaking and training
