- Provider Meetings: Facilitate provider meetings, individual or in group settings educate providers of company policies, procedures, and how to do business with us. Communication may consist of email, telephone, virtual, and/or face-to-face meetings.
- Provider Education and Training: Coordinate educational programs and training sessions to keep providers informed about company updates, policies, and industry changes. Provider onboarding webinars in individual or group settings.
- Problem Resolution: Provide guidance and assistance to healthcare providers in navigating administrative processes, such as claims submissions, prior authorizations, and referrals. And address and resolve issues between providers and the healthcare company, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborates with internal matrix partners
- Conducts routine outreach to support the understanding of managed care policies and procedures, as well as outreach on a variety of initiatives and programs.
- Assist with Annual Provider Satisfaction Surveys, required corrective action plan implementation and
- May coordinate Provider Manual updates/maintenance.
- Research issues that may impact future provider contract negotiations or jeopardize network retention.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree; a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience including 1 year of experience in a healthcare or provider environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Working in office Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Location: Las Vegas, NV **this position must be filled in our Las Vegas, NV office location.** This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office) which requires working in the Las Vegas, NV Elevance Health office 1-2 times per week. The rest of the time would be working remotely (from home).
The Provider Relationship Account Consultant is responsible for managing relationships with providers, such as hospitals, clinics, and individual physicians for all Lines of Business (Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare). We build and maintain positive relationships with providers by acting as a point of contact for education, training, inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the location below, the salary* range for this specific position is $54,700 to $78,660.
