What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct on-site and remote financial account analysis to identify overpayments and discrepancies
- Schedule and communicate with provider personnel throughout the review process
- Analyze provider Aged Trial Balance and Debit Adjustment reports to determine claims for audit
- Identify refund trends for maximizing revenue and recommend data mining projects
- Provide credit balance worksheets and summary reports to providers and internal staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of healthcare billing, audit, or collection experience in a healthcare environment
- Ability to analyze information and resolve problems effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement or claim processes and terminology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with provider accounts receivable systems
- Ability to adapt to new regulations and client-specific needs
- Understanding of coordination of benefit rules
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
- Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time based on business needs
