      - Collaborate with clients and providers to ensure accurate and effective credit balance recovery.

      - Mentor and support new team members during their onboarding process.
      - Work with moderate supervision, demonstrating individual judgment and problem-solving skills.

      Responsibilities:

      - Conduct overpayment recoveries through credit balance reviews.
      - Analyze patient accounting systems to identify and resolve client overpayments.
      - Develop and manage provider relationships to maximize recovery opportunities.
      - Actively meet monthly target production and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) goals.
      - Assist with onboarding and training of new team members and act as a mentor.

      Qualifications:

      - Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, accounting, or related field required.
      - 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing, audit, collection, or accounts receivable preferred.
      - High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
      - Strong math skills and ability to analyze financial reports.
      - Ability to work well in both individual and team environments.

      Additional Information:

      - Base compensation ranges from $25.50 to $31.00. Specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
