      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain the Payer Enrollment tables in the Athena practice management system for all provider and payer relationships
      - Assist with and coordinate provider enrollment issues as necessary
      - Research, analyze, and recommend resolutions for contract disputes, non-routine claim issues, and billing questions
      - Ensure payer portals are maintained and quarterly attestations are completed
      - Provide assistance with managed care inquiries and follow up on issues related to EFT, ERA, EDI, and pay to address set-up

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of two years of experience in provider relations, network management, or health insurance
      - Strong problem-solving and effective decision-making skills with attention to detail
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Medicaid/managed care
      - Familiarity with the healthcare claims lifecycle
      - Knowledge of Salesforce or other case/queue systems
      - Experience with IntelliCred or other credentialing management systems
      - Understanding of payer operations, credentialing language, and contract management
