What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule/Reschedule appointments for providers
- Manage IPA's schedules to prevent gaps and overbooking
- Communicate with providers and their office staff
- Utilize electronic tools and workflows to manage schedules and resources
- Collaborate with provider recruitment and training teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1 to 3 years of experience utilizing electronic tools and workflows for scheduling
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience coordinating appointments for patients and medical practitioners
- Proficiency in various computer applications and scheduling software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a high-volume healthcare setting with daily utilization of electronic scheduling software
- Detail-oriented, dedicated, and a team player
