What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor, action, and resolve all provisioning-related tickets in a timely manner
- Provision delivery and user platform access to customers and for internal needs
- Collaborate with global teams to onboard new and existing team members on all systems and operations
- Audit product licensing, accounts, contacts, and data across CRM and ERP platforms
- Provide implementation timelines to customers and work collaboratively with internal teams to execute project plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree required; Real Estate or Finance preferred, and/or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to provide advanced support on all externally supported product offerings
- Proficiency in navigating configurations on various systems (eCommerce, Salesforce, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
- IT and Development knowledge for problem-solving and technical inquiries

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ARGUS/Altus product offerings
- Familiarity with data hardware provisioning for customer deployments
- Background in compliance practices and platform data cleansing
