      Job Title Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist

      Corporate Title Assistant Vice President

      Anti-Financial-Crime (AFC) Technology provides the tools and applications required by the AFC function. AFC is responsible for defining, maintaining, and enforcing an effective risk management framework to reduce the risk that Deutsche Bank may be used to facilitate financial crime. As a PMO Specialist you will be joining the Central Business Management team and you will be working across the Procurement, Finance and People pillars.

      Your key responsibilities

      • Creating management reporting decks
      • Responsible for attending senior management meetings and workshops to capture minutes and actions
      • Manage, track and monitor project RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions) log, facilitating discussion and conflict resolution
      • Collaboration with other COO (Chief Operating Officer) / Divisional / Infrastructure groups to achieve delivery
      • Working within Clarity to update key project information
      • Creating comms and newsletter updates for people within the department

      Your skills and experience

      • Strong Data Analytical Skills & Management Reporting background with good attention to detail
      • Experience of writing and delivering comms
      • Highly proactive and motivated self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet competing and changing deadlines
      • A team player with a proven track record of sharing, collaborating, and evidence of developing strong working relationships with business partners to facilitate successful risk management
      • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and data analysis with experience of data aggregation and manipulation to produce meaningful management information
      • Excellent communication skills, with demonstrable ability to interface and converse with clients at all levels and multi-locations
