- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology, or other social service field, with particular focus on child and adolescent development. Must be license eligible.
- Fluency in Spanish required
- At least 1 year of experience with child welfare programs
- At least 21 years of age.
- Knowledge of community resources and ability to connect families to community services
- Excellent clinical and crisis intervention skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical assessment and analysis skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, determine priorities, and work independently
- Ability to do home visits up to 70%
- Knowledge of and experience working with refugee or immigrant children preferred
- Cross-cultural or international experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to pass an FBI background check as well as a CA/N check for every state in which they have resided in the last five years.

Overview:
Responsible for providing intensive in-home case management services to Children and their families to assist in stabilizing or resolving special circumstances using a trauma informed lens. They will conduct on going in-home family visits weekly in accordance with ORR P&P. They will develop a plan for the child identifying specific needs of the child and will seek community-based services accordingly for the child. This position visits remote areas as needed. Documents and assesses the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the objectives and goals of the treatment plan.
