If this sounds like you, that’s a challenge we can help you meet as a member of our Data Analytics Internship Program.

      Data is widely recognized as a critical enterprise resource in today’s business technology environment. We are looking for top-performing students who excel at analytical problem solving. As a Data Analytics Intern, you will improve business initiatives through operational enhancement while aligning our technical capabilities towards efficient and strategic business solutions. Your work will help us move beyond the numbers—and on to the narrative of what is happening, why it is happening and where things are likely to go in the future.

      Timeline:

      The internship program will run from Monday, June 3rd, 2024, to Friday, August 9th, 2024.

      We review applications on a rolling basis, and we encourage you to apply as soon as you are ready.       Your Day-to-Day:

      The 10-week Internal Audit Data Analytics Internship Program will provide you with valuable professional and personal development experiences. Some projects you could find yourself working on include:

      • Gaining exposure to external research, business systems and data tools that will help you further develop your career and analytical abilities including Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, python, Tableau, or PowerBI
      • Identifying hypothesis-driven scenarios to monitor risk and test control effectiveness to support internal audit engagements
      • Mining vast data stores to discover business insights and operational improvement opportunities

      Required Qualifications:

      • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2024 and May 2026
      • Preferred majors include Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Business and Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or any other applicable area of study.
      • Minimum 3.0 GPA recommended
      • Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience with one or more tools such as Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, AWS, Text Mining Tools, SQL Server
      • Strong PC skills (MS Office suite including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook)
