What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Clarify report needs with requestors and perform deep dive assessments on data to provide relevant information.
- Learn new technologies and systems to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities.
- Build relationships with Market and Senior Ops Directors for effective communication.
- Conduct analysis on individual hospital Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and provide variance reporting.
- Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with the process team to identify/manage process changes.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with team members and customers.
- Basic business skills and understanding of financial operations in the healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Access.
- Intermediate knowledge of database query tools such as Showcase and/or AS/400.
- Intermediate problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in completing tasks on time.
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn.
- SQL experience strongly encouraged.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Care related field preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in data analysis preferred.
