- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers.
- Monitor program performance metrics and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Handle account-related inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate program enhancements.
- Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, and outcomes.
- Build & maintain knowledge base for cross-functionals teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize program effectiveness.
- Generate regular reports on program utilization, and key performance indicators.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management roles (ideally in the healthcare industry)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Fluency in English
