What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with physicians and healthcare providers
- Educate external customers about the benefits of Neurocrine products through presentations and meetings
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives in the psychiatric and movement disorder markets
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain communication with key stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in science or a related field and 4+ years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
- Proven sales performance with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and experience in complex, competitive settings
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as frequent travel is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in science or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
- Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Entrepreneurial attitude or experience in a start-up environment
