Job Description:
- Title: Psychometric Data Analyst
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 6 months
- Pay Range: $38 - $48
Responsibilities:
- Analyze psychometric data gathered during standard setting workshops.
- Recommend cut scores for three new exams in the HCM Certification track.
- Utilize your own software to perform statistical analyses.
- Work independently and provide cut score recommendations based on SME rating data.
- Explain methods and provide a rationale for recommendations to be shared with the Education leadership team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a lead psychometrician on high-stakes exams, preferably for IT certification.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant working experience.
- Experience independently providing cut score recommendations based on SME rating data.
- Technical background or knowledge of products.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working in Questionmark or similar item-banking tool.
- Familiarity with instructional design and psychometric principles.
- Ability to work effectively with a remote team.
