  2024 Summer Psychometric Internship Program for Graduate Students

  Evaluation Systems of Pearson’s Psychometric Internship Program is an exciting chance to develop new skills while contributing to an organization committed adding life to a lifetime of learning. As a Psychometric Intern for Evaluation Systems of Pearson, you’ll work with other team members on projects related to educator licensure in the United States, developing strengths in core skills and obtaining real-world work experience. Throughout this internship experience, you’ll receive mentorship from experienced Psychometricians and will contribute to key project.

  Tasks

  You’ll perform any number of tasks associated with a state's teacher licensure program, such as:

  • working with data collection to support research studies
  • conducting various psychometric and statistical analyses, such as IRT calibrations
  • preparing materials for technical reports, including technical analyses and summary documentation

  Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

  Salary Offer $25/hr
