  JOB SUMMARY

  To provide therapeutic services and diagnostic services to patients. This is to include but is not limited to individual, group, and family therapy, mental health intakes and assessments, diagnostics, and coordination of treatment services for the patient. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others.

  Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work
  • Licensed as an LGSW or LICSW if practicing in Minnesota. Licensed as an LCSW if practicing in Wisconsin. In other states, must be certified or licensed as required by the state in which practice occurs for the purpose of reimbursement.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
  • East Market (only):
    Accredited as Clinical Supervisor for the Minnesota Board of Social Work within first year of hire.

  COMPENSATION

  • LGSW, MFT, LPC, CSW, LAMFT – Non – Credentialed Therapist - $29.81-$44.72
  • LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LCSW – Credentialed Therapist - $33.57-$50.36
  • Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
