What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and maintain relationships and partnerships with local businesses and organizations
- Develop internship opportunities through collaboration with employers
- Manage a small caseload of up to 8 participants to support their internship growth
- Lead work readiness workshops and one-on-one job exploration sessions
- Communicate with parents and school staff regarding each student's progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college in Human Services or a similar field
- Two (2) years of experience in a human services position or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively motivate and inspire others
- Prior experience working with youth with disabilities or in a job developer/coach role
