      Overall Role Purpose:
      - Ensure the reconciliation, processing and payment of supplier accounts in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures and in line with the Service Level Agreements between Shared Service Centre and respective SSA Entities by the team.
      - Manage and maintain respective SOPs.
      - Supervise the invoice team in the Finance Shared Service Centre.
      - Coaching and developing of invoice team

      Accountabilities:

      - To integrate quality into the business by ensuring that every customer contact is a demonstration of absolute dedication towards providing first time ideal solutions for the satisfaction of customer’s immediate and future needs.
      - To implement ISO standards and procedures at all times.
      - Manage and maintain respective SOPs.
      - Check on a daily basis the input from direct reports for correctness of allocations, coding and ensure documentation is complete and authorised.
      - Ensure processing of any urgent invoices and all payments to avoid suspension of any supplier services.
      - Ensure the reconciliation of the allocated creditors’ accounts.
      - Prepare accruals at month-end for outstanding amounts on the allocated creditors’ accounts.
      - Address queries from suppliers and staff.
      - Perform month-end investigations on pending and queried issues.
      - Supports a high performance service culture that nurtures and encourages service excellence, quality and a ‘can do’ mindset to meet and exceed customer expectations.
      - Works collaboratively with Countries, CSI and other DHL Business Units for cross-DHL coordination.
      - Manage the key performance areas of subordinates, ensuring that the invoice department runs smoothly and that the required information and reports are timeous, accurate and complete.
      - Provide operational guidelines, coaching and on-the job training to team and drive process improvements.

      Expected (Years of) Experience:

      - Accounting Diploma level or equivalent by experience.

      - 3 years experience in an international accounting environment.

      - PC Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience on computerised spreadsheets and knowledge of SAP or Basware will be a definite advantage

      - Language skills: Fluent in English and French

      - Strong communication skills.

      - Ability to plan, organise , control and lead staff.

      - Ability to work under pressure and extra hours.

      - General ledger knowledge.

      - Problem solving skills.
