      The Office of Public Defender, Henry Mark Sims, 14th Judicial Circuit, is seeking a receptionist/data entry clerk for a position located in our Panama City, Bay County, Florida, Office. This is a 40-hour per week OPS position, which makes employee eligible for benefits with the exception of retirement.

      Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

      Answering 10-line phone system, greeting and directing clients/visitors, courthouse courier, data entry into case-counting system.

      Skills needed – Basic computer skills including Word and Excel, customer service and basic clerical. Must have a positive personality, work well with others, be able to multitask and work independently in a fast paced, high stress environment.
