What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with human subject recruitment and enrollment for clinical research in Wisconsin Nursing Homes and the VA
- Conduct primary data collection and maintain data quality for research projects
- Participate in data collection and analysis for a quality-improvement study on antibiotic information systems
- Learn and apply various research methods, contributing to mixed-methods data collection and analysis
- Collaborate with a fun interdisciplinary research team on various healthcare improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in biological or social science field or currently pursuing this degree
- Understanding of research confidentiality and privacy issues
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willing to commit to at least one year in the role

- Relevant academic or research experience
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and creativity
- Initiative and ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a small group
- Experience with a variety of research methods
