Job Description
- Req#: 4948731
- Resolves minor complaints for clients or makes referrals to the appropriate staff member.
- Answers the telephone and directs calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Creates and maintains files, records, and reports, as required.
- Conduct general business processes for the specific agency to which the position is assigned.
- Performs assigned functions as a Disaster Ready Team (DRT) member.
- Performs related tasks as required.
Performs intermediate skilled administrative support work giving information to the general public in response to inquiries, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the Processing Unit Supervisor or Administrative Officer.
