What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead 4 to 5 teams in developing high-level strategies and ensuring successful media strategies
- Deliver exemplary client service and maintain strong working relationships with clients
- Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases and award submissions
- Maintain direct reports, assist in goal setting, and conduct performance reviews
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and participate in networking events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 7 years of PR agency experience
- Strong academic background with a good degree and A-level results, particularly in English and/or Business
- Experience in consumer brand PR with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management
- Excellent publicity skills with a solid understanding of media requirements
- Superior communication, organizational, and time management skills
