Job Description

- Directs the marketing campaign development and implementation of KRMC, PVMG, it’s physicians, services lines and technology.
- Manages day-to-day relationships with outside vendors including; ad agencies, printers, media outlets, etc.
- Directs vendors in development of creative media strategies and execution. (Press releases, Media interviews, published articles, billboards, etc.)
- Coordinates the design of marketing and promotional materials. (flyers, brochures, direct mailers, etc.)
- Understands and utilizes online marketing channels that address business objectives including Google Reviews and Google Ads management.
- Provides and posts content for website and other social media outlets. (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Coordinates development and updates of website(s).
- Coordinates all employee communications (written and video).
- Manages relationships with area media contacts and coordinate all press releases/conferences and public relations.
- Develops recruitment plans for benefit of HR/hiring departments.
- Oversees Employee Recognition/Rewards efforts to ensure Employee Satisfaction & Retention.
- Participates in Design Committee and Patient Experience committees to provide positive experiences for patients/guests.
- Oversee Multimedia Specialist and production of all graphic design, photography and videography.
- Maintains positive and professional relationships with the medical staff, administration and employees.
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally with outside physicians, healthcare executives, etc.
- Provides Leadership with marketing and market analysis reports to aide in strategy development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in a marketing business or business development role.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Master's Degree preferred.
Responsible for the development and implementation of multi-faceted strategic marketing tactics across the organization. Directs the marketing plan to address the business objectives of the organization. Primary objectives of this position are promotion and development of physician practices, service lines, technology, and overall organizational directives.
