- Execute Strategic Campaigns: Help launch and support campaigns across channels.
- Drive PR & Media Efforts: Draft press releases, pitch to media outlets, maintain curated journalist lists, and help secure speaking opportunities, awards, and media placements.
- Support Content Development: Write and edit compelling content including messaging frameworks, ghostwriting, and LinkedIn posts, always reflecting our tone and brand.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with global and regional marketing colleagues, as well as external agencies, to support campaign execution across priority industries and markets.
- Manage Tools: Use platforms like Cision, Muck Rack, Google Analytics, and more to monitor, track, and optimize campaign performance.
- Measure & Report Impact: Help track KPIs, analyze results, and help drive continuous improvement in communications strategy and delivery.

- Bachelor’s degree required; a background in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or public relations, ideally within a professional services or matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing and communications plans across a range of channels.
- Strong writing and editing skills — you're comfortable ghostwriting, crafting press releases, and developing messaging frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with a high level of detail and organization.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a proactive, resourceful mindset.
- Emotionally intelligent, diplomatic, and confident when engaging with executives, media contacts, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
- Experienced with PR and media tools including Cision, Muck Rack, Meltwater, PR Newswire, and Business Wire.
- Skilled in analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, UTM tagging, SEMrush, and media performance dashboards.

We’re looking for a talented Public Relations & Marketing Specialist to help craft and share Simon-Kucher’s voice across channels. You’ll support the execution of integrated campaigns, build media relationships, and drive storytelling efforts that boost awareness, reputation, and engagement. Reporting to the Senior Communications & Marketing Manager, you’ll work with senior leaders, global teams, and external partners to bring our brand to life in powerful, visible ways.
