What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee $1.5-2M in account revenue as the most senior strategic client counsel
- Develop and implement coherent strategies for clients and projects
- Generate business revenue by expanding scope of work and introducing new services to clients
- Mentor, manage, and develop staff while promoting a culture of high performance
- Represent the employer and key clients at industry events and conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
- Proven ability to build relationships with top-tier reporters and editors for high-impact media placements
- Extensive writing and editing experience with various print and online communications media
- Demonstrated leadership in managing comprehensive strategic communications and media relations programs

- Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns
- Innovative thinker with a track record of translating strategic thinking into actionable plans
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a changing environment
