      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement integrated strategic communications plans to enhance brand identity
      - Create marketing and public relations strategies to cultivate relationships with media and key influencers
      - Serve as a spokesperson and lead point person for media interactions
      - Oversee day-to-day communications activities, including budgeting and staff development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
      - Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role, either in-house or with an agency
      - Proven ability to build relationships with top-tier reporters and editors for high-impact media placements
      - Extensive writing and editing experience with print and online communications media
      - Demonstrated leadership in managing strategic communications and media relations programs
