      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement an integrated strategic communications plan to enhance brand identity
      - Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-level external audiences, including media and key influencers
      - Identify challenges and emerging issues, providing strategic solutions
      - Oversee daily communications activities, including budgeting, planning, and staff development
      - Manage and mentor a communications team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
      - Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role, either in-house or with an agency
      - Proven ability to build relationships with top-tier reporters and editors for impactful media placements
      - Extensive experience in writing and editing for various communications media
      - Demonstrated leadership in managing strategic communications and media relations programs
