      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support new business development, including prospecting and media planning
      - Monitor trends, reports, and incidents to improve affiliate service levels
      - Analyze campaign performance metrics and report ROI results
      - Oversee all aspects of affiliate marketing content and design requests
      - Assist Publisher Managers with day-to-day tasks and marketing asset delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of media planning/buying or affiliate marketing experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Highly organized with a positive attitude and a proactive approach
      - BA/BS degree
