Responsibilities
The Purchasing Analyst is responsible for supporting the purchasing department and will design and analyze reports based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management and performance of suppliers and vendors. This position will be liaising between internal departments, vendor suppliers, comparing product samples, spend data, and preparing on demand and scheduled reports. The Purchasing Analyst will contribute to creating a reliable and flexible supplier network with an overall lower cost structure and improved efficiency supported by data analysis and executed through contract negotiations.
