What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare documents supporting the purchasing process
- Proofread documents for accuracy
- Process project-related bond and insurance documents
- Scan and index documents into the purchasing records management system
- Communicate project information to end users and vendors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year of advanced studies with two (2) years of general business experience
- Clerical aptitude score of 80% and typing speed of 50 wpm with 90% accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two (2) years of purchasing/procurement related experience
