      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and approve requisitions, ensuring compliance with institutional policies
      - Setup suppliers in the payment system and process purchase orders
      - Prepare bids, award contracts, and maintain documentation
      - Generate reports and interpret data for procurement purposes
      - Conduct training for end users on procurement systems and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Very good writing skills with a strong command of the English language
      - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Knowledge of database management and basic accounting principles
      - Ability to provide excellent customer service to various departments
      - Proven skills in accurate data entry and report generation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in procurement or inventory management within an educational institution
      - Familiarity with Workday or similar procurement software
      - Previous experience in a customer service role
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to conduct research and perform basic quantitative analysis
