      Purchasing Supervisor

      What will your responsibilities be?

      • Supervises team of purchasing coordinators and assists in execution of subordinates activities as appropriate.

      Documentation Management for Program Launches

      • Gather and organize necessary documents to support program launches within established deadlines.
      • Ensure all documentation meets quality standards and company expectations.

      Purchase Price Calculation:

      • Calculate purchase prices for materials in line with market indices and price changes driven by raw material costs.
      • Monitor and adapt prices to reflect market fluctuations accurately.

      ERP System Maintenance:

      • Maintain up-to-date purchase price changes in the ERP system according to internal approval policies.
      • Ensure compliance with company standards for accuracy and timeliness.

      Status Reporting:

      • Develop and maintain regular reports on program launch status, price calculations, and ERP updates.
      • Provide actionable insights and communicate any risks or issues to leadership.

      Communication and Escalation:

      • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
      • Escalate delays or issues to the appropriate leadership team in a clear and concise manner.

      Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

      • Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
      • MS Office & SAP Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP for ERP management.
      • Communication Skills: Ability to motivate and lead teams, with excellent interpersonal communication.
      • Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated experience in identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
      • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
      • International Teamwork: Experience working in diverse, international teams is required.
      • Experience in handling complex purchasing activities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is an advantage.
      • Knowledge of automotive manufacturing and supply chain processes is an advantage.

      • Base monthly salary starting from 2000 EUR gross. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum in the advert
