What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and resolve technical issues for PW1100G-JM hardware to ensure engine safety and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering groups, customer programs, and field offices to support technical inquiries
- Analyze operational events using Digital Flight Data Recorder (DFDR) data and fault reports to determine root causes
- Provide troubleshooting advice to airlines worldwide using the PW1100G-JM Troubleshooting Manual
- Monitor the fleet for emerging issues and ensure timely investigation closure for operational events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Must be a U.S. person/permanent resident "Green Card" holder
- Proven ability to manage multiple activities effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Engineering experience with gas turbine engines
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
