What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide quick and accurate responses to customer service inquiries through email channel
- Capture and maintain records of customer interactions
- Actively consult, cross-sell, and upsell on email interactions
- Develop strong partnerships with fitting team and green grass accounts
- Maintain superior product knowledge and stay up to date on new product launches

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of customer service experience
- 2-5 years of experience in a chat or email channel preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous customer appointment/scheduling experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Golf industry experience
- Above average typing speed (50 wpm or more)
