  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage inbound calls and emails professionally, providing 5-star customer service and follow-up
  - Consult, cross-sell, and up-sell during customer interactions to maximize revenue
  - Provide first call resolution by actively listening and addressing customer needs
  - Conduct telephone fitting consultations to recommend suitable golf equipment
  - Document all customer interactions in the CRM system and coordinate with internal teams
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 2+ years of inbound customer service experience or related experience
  - Proven sales experience is required
  - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  - Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; experience with customer databases is highly desirable

  - Experience in the golf industry is preferred
