What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and close new business opportunities in the SAP domain, including net-new logos and existing accounts
- Lead client relationship management and business development efforts, overseeing the opportunity management cycle
- Collaborate with delivery team members to ensure fulfillment of commitments to clients
- Develop account plans that include relationship building and opportunity pursuit strategies
- Create and present proposals to clients, leveraging strong communication and presentation skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; consideration for three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
- 9+ years of validated experience in sales, relationship management, or account management
- 5+ years of experience selling SAP solutions in a client-facing role
- Significant business development or project management experience with a track record of engaging with CXO-level contacts
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of SAP experience, particularly in selling implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support services
- Hunter mindset with the ability to sell to both net-new and existing accounts
- Experience identifying upcoming RFPs and networking with key clients
- Understanding of industry-specific business issues and drivers
- Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
