What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct smoke and comprehensive testing for product deployments while ensuring timely testing for strategic customer flows
- Collaborate with Deploy Captains to certify deployments and resolve blockers
- Develop and maintain test plans, cases, scripts, and reports
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and external QA teams to enhance testing processes
- Facilitate test plan/case reviews with team members and perform testing across various devices and platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of relevant QA technical experience
- Experience in web-based software testing, mobile device testing (iOS and Android), and API testing
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and coordinate work across multiple product teams
- Resourceful self-starter with a positive attitude and a growth mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in QA testing for a B2B enterprise platform
- Background in test automation and working in fast-paced startup environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Datadog Synthetics and Charles Proxy
