Job Description
- Req#: 5102037
- R eview requirements and technical design documents ; c reate detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Prepare appropriate test environments and labs
- Perform backend validation (API, DB, verify log s ) , r eview software bug reports , and analyz e test results .
- Coordinate with the development team to resolve issues and product owners to ensure correct functionality has been developed
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts . Monitor and troubleshoot failures in automation scripts
- Collaborate with the development team to understand the software and infrastructure design , and discuss verification protocol
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology ; or equivalent years of experience
- At least 2 years of hands - on experience with Postman, JIRA, Q M etry , and Datadog
- At least 5 years of experience in S oftware Q uality A ssurance
- At least 3 years of hands - on experience developing automation scripts with Rest Assured, Selenium, TestNG, Maven, Apium, Jenkins , or GitLab
- At least 4 year s of experience working in an agile environment, as part of a Quality Engineering Team
- At least 3 years of h ands - on manual testing e xperience with docker containers , AWS , API, microservices , Mongo DB, Dynamo DB , Datadog

About the Job:
The Software Quality Engineer is a results-driven, team - oriented, self-motivated software quality professional who combines solid software testing credentials with emerging automation testing trends in the industry . This role will have the opportunity to bring innovation s in software automation testing for delivering world-class cutting-edge products to the 7000 + Taco Bell restaurants. The Software QA Engineer will report to the QA Manager.

Salary Range : $ 90,900 to $129,360 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
