- Plan, create, and execute manual test cases based on product and technical requirements
- Conduct functional, regression, UI/UX, and exploratory testing on web applications
- Identify, document, and follow up on bugs using Jira and other tools
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define testing scope and ensure release readiness
- Support production issue investigations and validations
- Help improve QA processes, documentation, and testing coverage
- Participate in sprint planning and product spec reviews to ensure testability
- Create the test plans and execute them alongside the Unit tests, Components test written by DEV and understand what to test according to the testing Pyramid.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in manual software testing
- Experience testing web-based systems in dynamic environments
- Experience testing for REST APIs and APIs in general
- Knowledge of API testing tools (postman etc)
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and bug lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and across teams
- Excellent written and verbal English skills - both for documentation and for collaborating across teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with SQL for data validation
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field is a plus
