      This position is for 2nd shift; 3:00-11:30pm.

      The Quality Assurance Floor Inspector ensures products meet quality standards, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and specifications, guiding production associates on best practices for timely release and issue resolution.

      WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:

      • Performs in-process testing verifications, submits samples for testing, and conducts AQL as required

      • Approves pre-start-up activities and checks equipment for proper functioning

      • Ensures real-time compliance to specifications, SOPs, and cGMPs through batch documentation reviews

      • Addresses errors with line personnel and reviews production logbooks for accuracy

      • Conducts compliance audits, Gemba walks, and follows safety rules and procedures

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required required.

      • QA experience in manufacturing, required

      • Familiarity with equipment functionality, Quality Assurance Systems, and computer software like Oracle, AS400, PQM, and Captiva, preferred

      YOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:

      • Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

      • Understand mathematical functions

      • Can follow verbal and written instructions

      The approximate hourly pay for this position is $19.15-$23.35. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
