- Req#: QATEC006399
- Leading quality investigations and reporting Non-Conformance Events (NCEs) and Finished Goods Non-Conformities (FG NCMs).
- Collaborating with logistics and warehouse teams to manage product holds, inspections, and rework activities.
- Reviewing Device History Records (DHRs) and managing incoming quality documentation.
- Supporting new product development by analyzing raw materials and manufacturing parameters.
- Authoring and routing product specifications through Agile (our product lifecycle management system).
- Performing physical inspections, retain inspections, and trend analysis to ensure product excellence.
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A passion for quality systems and documentation.
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, food safety, or environmental compliance) is a plus.
