QA Test Manager with execution and coordination activities

Job Description

- Design and develop test strategies aligned with project goals.
- Execute functional, integration, system, and regression tests to identify bugs.
- Ensure adherence to software quality standards.
- Use bug tracking tools to document and prioritize bug fixes.
- Oversee the implementation of test automation frameworks.
- Continuously improve testing processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to cover all test scenarios.
- Provide regular reports on testing status and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to align quality objectives.
- Proven experience in QA testing, including manual and automated testing.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector.
- Proficiency in database scripting and SQL for back-end testing.
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium) and knowledge of Java/Python.
- Experience in Agile development environments, understanding Scrum and Kanban principles.
- Knowledge of security testing best practices is a plus.
- Experience with JIRA and JIRA-X-Ray.
Bachelor's Degree
- English: Fluent
- French: Advanced
- Preferably Swiss resident.
