- Req#: JPC - 10129581
- Experience in testing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems
- 3+ years of experience developing, executing and analyzing automation tests. Hands on experience using Selenium, Java, Javascript
- Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
- Hammer experience desired
- Familiarity with IVR call flows
- Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles. Experience working in SAFe Agile environment.
- Experience with Test Management tools – Rational Tool suite, JIRA.
- BDD Testing using Cucumber is a plus
- Sale Force experience is a plus
- Health Care experience - preferred
- Outstanding communication skills
- Work with Test lead and support the Design and execution for contact center related testing activities
- Validate IVR applications
- Creates test scripts according to the business requirements.
- Responsible for planning, creating and Executing testcases.
JOB TITLE QA TESTER (IVR)
LOCATION: HARTFORD, CT.
DURATION: 12 MONTHS
MUST BE ABLE TO CONVERT WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP
Must haves:
· MINIMUM 5+ years as QA Tester
· 3+ years’ experience testing IVR systems
· 3+ years’ hands on experience with Selenium
· Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
