      Job Description

      We are looking for a dedicated team member to join our Localisation Quality Assurance function. This person will work closely with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality localised content to a variety of business units across Zendesk. Our team plays a key role in crafting an extraordinary experience to our international users by delivering high-quality features released in 160 countries and territories.       What you'll be doing

      • Test and report bugs on multiple UIs and for multiple products
      • Build, review and adjust test cases for different scenarios and different level of complexity
      • Analyse and scope the content to be tested
      • Prepare testing environments
      • Verify and file bugs discovered by our vendor to the engineering teams
      • Liaise with our external testing vendor to provide mentorship and troubleshooting
      • Handle various project management tasks (including project scope identification, file organising and processing) and various project-related administrative tasks

      What you bring to the role

      • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Localisation, Language Studies, or Linguistics or equivalent in a relevant field
      • Understanding of end-to-end localisation practices
      • Experience in localisation QA and with bug reporting tools (JIRA)
      • Knowledge of localisation file formats (CSV, SRT, HTML, YAML, etc.)
      • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
      • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
      • Proficiency in a language other than English
      • Proven track record of managing numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
      • High attention to detail, efficient time-management, and strong social skills
      • A strong sense of collaboration and the ability to build good relationships

      Basic Qualifications:

      • 1+ years localisation testing experience
      • Experience with industry standard localisation tools and bug reporting tools

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Proficient speaker of German, Dutch, or any Nordic language

      The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is zł106,000.00-zł158,000.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position, the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives that will be communicated during the offer stage.
